I couldn't be happier with the experience from the initial contact to the final sale. Great pricing! Friendly and knowledgeable by the entire staff to say the least. Phone calls/emails were returned on time. Things that were promised prior to the sale were completed on time. Well worth the 95 mile drive from the Hudson Valley. Top notch!

(December 13, 2022, 1:49 pm)I'm from NY originally and moved in 2000 down south. I can honestly say that anyone in the state of NY that operates a business and knows the difference between right and wrong is at a premium. From what I see Ricks methods are simple ,, do what you say your going to do and if something ends up wrong then make it right, or if there is a problem then fix it. It sounds simple but good luck finding that type of customer service at a time when customer service is a thing of the past most everywhere. When I come up to my camp and ski or sled I always depend on Rick for everything I need when things break and need to be fixed or if I need parts. So far he's never let me or anyone else I know down. This is the type of business I continue to do business with..
(February 16, 2022, 2:35 pm)Rick and crew made renting snowmobiles an awesome experience that we can't wait to do again. The check-in/check-out process was seamless. Jeff went over the sleds with us and was knowledgeable of the area and the trail system and gave us some great ideas for our day trip. My wife bought a pair of Ski-Doo mittens that she has fallen in love with. Everyone we that we interacted with at VM were pleasant and helpful. We're looking forward to another trip to Speculator and more snowmobiling with sleds rented from Village Motorsports. We had a great time and would recommend it if you’re thinking about it.
