“Today was the first time me and a friend went to Peppa's. My friend lives in Brooklyn and heard the food was good, so we ventured out and drove there. I can see why most people order for delivery or pickup if you don't live within walking distance because it's hard to find a place to park. But we finally got a spot. We walked in looking for a menu, but none was posted. The only signage was cash only; ATM inside. No one greeted us; no "Order Here" sign; everyone seemed too busy to acknowledge us. We finally just started asking what do you serve, where do we order, what's this & what's that while looking at the hot serving table. A long story short, we finally placed our orders of one large stewed chicken plate & one large fish plate. Me and my friend, who is 81 YOA, was very disappointed in the lack of customer service, lack of communication from the staff, and some seemed annoyed that we asked questions. Once we got to my friend's place and tasted the food, it was very tasty. We were happy with the food; the food was good. But please consider posting the menu, ordering instructions for walk-ins, and give customers the impression you appreciate their business ... even if you're busy filing orders.”

I just purchased some fish and shrimps over on Canal street, just yesterday, and found out today that prices at this place by the pound are a much better buy. Silly old me....but the good thing is I work in the area, so I have my seafood hut for now on...Blue Canarsie Fish is the place to rack up on my I Omega 3's......”

“The staffs and the pharmacist are very professional and helpful. They do whatever it takes to help their customers and provides outstanding customer service. Even if you have a question and call the pharmacy, you will not be placed on hold for long at all and the pharmacist is always available unlike rite aid on flatland who will place you on hold until you get tired and hang up. ABO is the best!! Wilson and Anna are the best!!! They are very attentive, professional, and really care about their customers. Besides these two who really stands out, overall, the staffs are wonderful.”

I have been coming here for over 7 years now. The staff is so efficient. I never have to wait for services. Even if your stylist is busy, there will be several others to take care of you to make sure you're not waiting long. Janet & Nelly works wonders in my hair. I come here for everything--washes, relaxers, cuts, color. My hair has grown longer since I've been coming here and everyone notices the difference. It's full of bounce and volume. And all at a very reasonable price! I highly recommend this salon!”

“I took my daughter here for the first time today and I was very impressed by the service, professionalism, and cleanliness. I really love the online scheduling of appointments. The stylist did an amazing job on my daughters hair and she did it in such a timely fashion. Usually when I go into a braiding place, there is hair all over the floors and they never start on your hair when you arrive, but this stylist had everything so neat and prepared for my daughter as soon as we arrived at the time of our appointment and she started on my daughters hair immediately. The prices were good and the quality was amazing. This stylist will be her regular stylist from now on.”
