I went in to pick up a prescription that CityMD sent, and the kind gentlemen behind the counter politely informed me that CityMD was incorrect, and they could not assist with this type of prescription. They gave me a copy of the prescription to bring to another pharmacy, and gave me a list of other locations that would be able to assist me closer to my home address. Very kind and straightforward. If I had a choice, I'd get my prescription filled here.”
