Best Pizza I ever had. The crust is PERFECT. Long Hot Pepper and Shallot was my favorite, but loved the White Pie and Pepperoni as well. You can tell this place uses high quality ingredients. Even the Caesar salad exceeded expectations. Italian Ice is also a must try. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Loved it all.

Wow were the pies here delicious. A friend recommended we check this place out and it is worth the visit to Williamsburg. We tried four pies and all were crazy good. Love the flavor of the crust as well. Small space so you might not be able to eat there. Go and enjoy this new spot. 🤙🏼🤙🏼🤙🏼

Absolute NYC pizza perfection. The crust was tissue-thin, but extremely sturdy with a great snap. The sauce was bold and simple. Thought sauce/cheese/toppings was proportioned exactly as it should be! I got the shallot/long hot pepper and the tomato slices. The first had just a hint of shallot, but I liked the long hot pepper (almost like green pepper, just kicked up a notch). The tomato pizza was a bit of a surprise, as the garlic aroma was super pronounced! I l loved the garlic breadcrumbs. The counter staff said the white pizza was their favorite—have to come back to try. My new favorite slice shop!

They do have a variety of slices. They rolled them out slowly because they are a brand new business. I say that because there are a few reviews saying they don’t do/ only have one kind of slice.

The pizza is great. It seems a tiny bit pricey, but you can taste every ingredient and it’s fantastic. I small grating of lemon zest on my slice of white shot the flavor through the roof. The sauce on the cheese pizza is tangy and spicy.

They offer a surprising variety of drinks and sodas that are unique and fun. They have some beer and wine, too.

People are being overly critical of this newly installed pizza place on Bedford Ave. is it the best slice in Williamsburg, no not yet, but they just opened. They will constantly be refining their crust. It is a bit pricey for a slice joint, but you are not getting the run of the mill slice here.

That said their baseline is really damn good. The crust is crunchy and they’re ingredients are fresh. I thought the long hot shallot was very good. The white slice was also very good and I never really navigate towards that. They also have a wide variety of Italian ices.

Be patient as they work out kinks and get their system down. This place should be rated at least a 4.5.
