“We were rear-ended in our Model 3 and found Brooklyn Motors on the Tesla support page. We are so pleased with their service. First, Brooklyn Motors is an authorized Tesla repair shop so they were able to obtain original parts for the repair. Second, they handled the discussions with the other driver’s insurance company and coached us on the process. This was our first accident so it was particularly helpful to have their experience when negotiating with the insurance company. Third, after working with the insurance company to pre-approve the repairs, they completed our repairs more quickly than they estimated so we were able to have our car back within 2 weeks of them starting the repairs. We are very pleased with the quality of the work. The car looks as though it was never damaged. They took full ownership of the process, start-to-finish. The team at Brooklyn Motors is also very friendly and easy to work with. They answered all of our questions throughout the process and kept us informed. If we are in need of body repair services again, without a question, we will return to Brooklyn Motors.”
