However, the breakfast included is too poor, it would be necessary to add at least fruits and eggs. “Hotel has street parking and valet parking if requested. All transportations, shopping, restaurants and entertainment is walking distance. There are a variety of rooms that fits to people needs. Place is clean and has a coffee maker, TV, table, chair, bed, closet and a full bathroom with all the necessary shower supply etc. I've stay there a couple times and this place has very friendly staff members. Transportation is walking distance if you don't drive, so anyone can get access to many different places. I highly recommend this for anyone who is going on a short or long break from their daily life activities.”

“Over the years I have had electrolysis with three or four different practitioners. After a big hiatus, and now that I am aging and have more facial hair, I need it bad. Isabella is way better than every single one from my past. The reviews here are accurate. The numbing cream (which was never offered to me in different practices), her technique, the way she cares for and instructs you to take care of your skin post-visit with witch hazel and neosporin...it all makes for a great experience. In the past I had little red bumps for at least a day or two and more pain. Now way less pain and best yet, smooth skin where no one can tell I've had treatment. Plus her prices are way better than anywhere else. You have to be committed to multiple treatments--that's just the fact with electrolysis--but once the roots are killed off you are done, and I'll be sticking with Isabella for the duration. She is awesome at her job.”

Very quiet area, we felt safe, rooms were cleaned, and the front desk ladies were very helpful. If you need room service, you must request the day before. The shower water pressure could have been a bit stronger, but overall I am giving this hotel 5 stars. Great breakfast, great customer service, safe location, and clean rooms. When I return to Dallas again, this will be our pick every time.”

“I recently stayed at Phil and Faye’s B&B during a quick visit for a show in the city with friends. Their home is welcoming and cozy and they were amazing and attentive hosts! My room was quaintly decorated with lots of attention to detail and included everything needed to accommodate a comfortable stay, as was the shared bathroom – which was clean and equipped with all necessities! The neighborhood is very accessible to buses and trains in either direction and I felt very safe, even returning late at night. The breakfast provided was lovely and I enjoyed chatting with the hosts and other guests there during my stay. This place is a gem – a home away from home - and worth so much more, based on the service and accommodations provided. I plan to be back with my kids early in the Summer for sure!”
