“For a disappointing first impression, I was pleasantly surprised with the immediate follow up made personally by the doctor, apologizing for the first missed visit and rescheduling for the make up visit himself. There was no wait time to see the doctor which is really fantastic! He guided my husband on best practices to monitor and improve overall health (got him to get BP machine to personally monitor). Bedside manners are accommodating and made my husband feel comfortable. Looks like we finally found our PCP! Looking forward to making my first visit.”
