I went in to pick up a prescription that CityMD sent, and the kind gentlemen behind the counter politely informed me that CityMD was incorrect, and they could not assist with this type of prescription. They gave me a copy of the prescription to bring to another pharmacy, and gave me a list of other locations that would be able to assist me closer to my home address. Very kind and straightforward. She is extremely knowledgeable, caring, and thorough. A visit to her office is an in-depth one, because she cares for her patients. In addition she will order diagnostics, and follow-ups, well beyond routine matters. Due to her thorough instructions, I am now addressing an issue I did not know I had a until she tested for it. Also she has special eyes and ears pertaining to lungs. She has detected abnormalities when other specialist could not. The Staff is just terrific.
