“Two representatives came (I believe it was James and Darnell) and examined the furniture first because it had been in a fire and had smoke and soot damage. They honestly told me they could not do anything for the velvet dining room chairs so they did not charge me for that. They thoroughly cleaned the 4 living room chairs, including the undersides, and then sprayed an additional enzyme deodorizer. Everything looks and smells much better!!
