They have a bunch of adorable pig-themed products, snacks, desserts, and drinks. I love that they have non-caffeinated options for drinks. I ordered a milky mango drink, it was delicious! “Today was the first time me and a friend went to Peppa's. My friend lives in Brooklyn and heard the food was good, so we ventured out and drove there. I can see why most people order for delivery or pickup if you don't live within walking distance because it's hard to find a place to park. But we finally got a spot. We walked in looking for a menu, but none was posted. The only signage was cash only; ATM inside. No one greeted us; no "Order Here" sign; everyone seemed too busy to acknowledge us. We finally just started asking what do you serve, where do we order, what's this & what's that while looking at the hot serving table. A long story short, we finally placed our orders of one large stewed chicken plate & one large fish plate. Me and my friend, who is 81 YOA, was very disappointed in the lack of customer service, lack of communication from the staff, and some seemed annoyed that we asked questions. Once we got to my friend's place and tasted the food, it was very tasty. We were happy with the food; the food was good. But please consider posting the menu, ordering instructions for walk-ins, and give customers the impression you appreciate their business ... even if you're busy filing orders.”

“Great place to purchase seafood, and prices are great on the pocket as well. You grab, they weigh, you pay, then your fish is sent to the cleaners to gut, clean, fillet, or do what you wish. I just purchased some fish and shrimps over on Canal street, just yesterday, and found out today that prices at this place by the pound are a much better buy. Silly old me....but the good thing is I work in the area, so I have my seafood hut for now on...Blue Canarsie Fish is the place to rack up on my I Omega 3's......”

“This place is awesome, it is no frills, but incredibly delicious Chinese and Mexican food, and incredibly affordable. Call ahead for easy pick-up and delivery, or just show up and order. They give you a free beverage or egg rolls with larger orders, ample sauce and utensils. When friends visit we love going here, people get a kick out of being able to order tacos with their Chinese food, but its genuinely delicious (and super affordable). I love yummy taco!”

“Very good ambiance. Have choice of skewer hotpot buffet or menu items. ~$11 Noodles comes with side ingredients, soup base and unlimited refill of hand made rice noodles for dine-in customers. During my time here, I shared a noodle bowl with another person and got additional appetizers. The tripes and beef comes with peanut crumbs which was a whole new experience for that dish. Crispy chicken and potato skins were also good, and great additional to the noodle meal. Noodles were worth the price, and great quality.”

“I live close by and eat the food from Batata frequently. If you’re okay with eating eggs and dairy, the absolute best thing on the menu is the scrambled egg and cheese malawach, with schug and grated tomato on the side. A sweet runner-up would be the coconut milk waffles (the house-made sweet chili butter served on the side is outrageously delicious). The eggplant and labne sandwich is also really good, but I think they only serve it on Wednesdays now. If you’re vegan, I’d recommend the sweet potato felafel sandwich WITHOUT the feta (or with, if you eat dairy), or the lentil soup. (The grain bowl and brussels sprouts used to be really good, but I’m not sure if they’re on the menu anymore.) I like the mint lemonade, too, and you can never go wrong with hummus (particularly the mushroom hummus) and sweet potato fries .”
