“I've never had any difficulty with the rao center and staff. I guess if you have you have nothing good to say. I'm sorry. I find that having an appt. Works out just fine. If you don't they will accommodate you. The Welcoming staff was always pleasant. Bloodwork/radiology staff friendly. The procedures and techs friendly. Sometimes people come late for scheduled appts. And that throws everyone else off. Patience. Be glad you don't have to travel to Albany for same procedures. Economy and Healthcare workers are doing their best. They are getting and keeping you healthy. Slow down.”

Dr. Liszewski makes sure he makes himself familiar with all his patients, and has relieved a ton of pain that my grandmother and I have unfortunately had to learn to live with. He is nothing but informative and takes his time with his adjustments and makes sure all questions are answered before you leave his office. Diane, as well, makes sure she’s always available for any changes, appointments and never fails to greet you with nothing but kindness and hospitality. In a post-pandemic world where the majority of doctors and nurses can not be bothered to do their job at all (let alone correctly) Rao and Bob have proven that not only are they experienced and educated, but they actually care. Dr. Rao has never rushed me off the phone or been unprofessional or rude, I think a lot of these other reviews may be from people that are not the most intelligent and don't understand this man is VERY busy and doesn't have time to explain 5 different times to go get a COVID test from Rite Aid *shrugs*”

“Dr. Rapello performed my hysterectomy in 1996 after I received High readings on CA125 test three times in a row. I was only 42, but I had lost my mother to ovarian cancer a few years before and we 4 sisters had all agreed to take this test. Dr Rapaello said that he thought it would be wise to go ahead and remove this risk. I also had a major problem with bladder leakage after having for children. He planned to repair that at the same time as my hysterectomy. He explained that it would make my recovery longer, but would be well worth it. He told me that my bladder repair would probably only last about 5 years. I am here to sing the praises of Dr. Rapello. The surgery went well, my recovery did take a full 6 weeks, but I firmly feel that my life was saved by removing my ovaries and preventing ovarian cancer. And the bonus that I got was a repaired severe bladder leakage problem which has lasted for 24 years and counting. I am the only person my age that I know who doesn't have bladder leakage, and that is all due to his expertise. This is the only surgery that I have ever had in my life, and if you are thinking about surgery with Dr Rapello it was certainly a good choice for me.”
