I received a ring for Christmas from my husband. Yesterday one of the diamonds fell out. I was devastated. Went into the store today and they replaced the ring no questions asked. Great customer service!! Talk about standing behind their product! Will definitely do business here on the future

Just want to give a warm thank you to Haydeeliz the store manager. Last year I lost my mom and sister a month apart. I wanted to take their wedding bands and create a custom ring to go with mine. It was a VERY emotional time and she went out of her way to help get me through a difficult time making a ring that I treasure. If you ever need help just ask for her and she'll go out of her way to help. One of the best!
