“Went to this oral surgeon so he could finish a procedure another surgeon had not done properly. I wasn't sure if I was completely numb but I definitely was. "Numb as they come" I will not take opiates and didn't need them. He took the time to be sure I didn't have any bone spurs. Having any type of dental work done is never pleasant I have no complaints he did a fantastic job. The receptionist and assistants were extremely nice and explained things very well. I wish I had everything done by this oral surgeon it would have been one appointment and 6 weeks of healing. Anyone expecting a completely painless experience is out of their mind. Get put under if you can't handle a procedure.”

“I want to give a big Thank You to paramedics, fire department and ambulance. My left leg gave out, excruciating pain. Made it to my bed, not knowing what was wrong, I was on second floor, this was after the first set of steps into the house. These guys carried me out on a stretcher 3 flights to ambulance. They were very careful about my safety and I placed all the trust I had in them. Long story short, I had slippage of L3-L4 and S-1. I ended up having 2 surgeries for repair of the slipped disc's. “Went there on Friday for a tooth extraction. I was extremely nervous and had serious anxiety. The assistant (I can't remember her name for the life of me), was so calming and reassuring. She was amazing. Even though I hated every second of it, I was still happy with the doc and his assistant. He was quick, explained what he was doing..as did the assistant, and he was quick. I showed up 30 minutes early and only waited 1 minute in the waiting room. He gave me antibiotics due to sinus communication (was a possible complication due to my large roots) and prescription pain medication, but I honestly have no pain on day 2. These guys exceeded my expectations. Thank you so much for your compassion.”

“My mother has been at Capstone for three years and I have visited the facility numerous times and interacted with many staff members. I would not hesitate to recommend Capstone to anyone needing LTC - not because they are perfect, but because the staff truly care for the residents. My mother is very difficult and is a lifelong complainer, and she constantly tells me how well they treat her. This gives me peace of mind knowing she's in a supporting and caring environment. Have there sometimes been ups and downs in terms of staffing levels and COVID visitation rules? Yes, but you will find that (or worse) at other LTCs. At the end of the day, my mother is happy and well cared for, and I am appreciative of the Capstone team.”

“My daughter started in Open Access - she was a close to a mental health crisis as I want to get - it was scary as a parent, but I couldn't deny what I as seeing in her. I called first, and they had me come right in with her - they we warm and welcoming and she was seen immediately. She was seen a couple of times at Open Access while we waited for an slot with a therapist. My daughter loves and trusts her therapist and she has made incredible progress in just a few months.
