Each jacket is handmade and because of this you are told in advance the approximate production time. I was given an expected time of six weeks. My jacket arrived on time. Approximately 2 days prior to shipping, you will be sent tracking information. The quality of the jacket is top notch. Very few things are custom made in the USA anymore. “I had a great experience from walking into the door and being greeted. I was not hassled or asked over and over if I needed help once I let the person who greeted me at the door, know that I was looking for so when I was talking to on the phone. She informed me that Jessica was on the phone with another customer and will get with me as soon as she was done and she walked off. Which was cool to have happened being an African-American woman. No one was following cool to have happened being an African-American woman. No one was following me around or watching me as I walk through the store. As soon as Jessica was done, she walked up to me, greeted me with a beautiful smile and started showing me all the things that I had texted her I wanted. She also took me back to her computer to look at other things that I may like. She made me feel like I knew her for years. I got to order a lot of things that I need it for my new house in a very short period of time with ease and confidence. I look forward to going back and buying more stuff because the process was easy and friendly all the way to me getting in my car and having people load stuff into my car for me. It was truly a great experience and I will be going back thank you Jessica, and all the people that worked on helping me with my grade experience. Sorry I don’t know everyone’s name. Oh, and I got one part of my furniture today and it was delivered in a timely manner. That process was also amazing. I got a call the day before asking me about my order and letting me know that they will be delivering between 12 and three. They got here about 1215 and they brought everything in put it together, was very friendly and make me feel safe. So I look forward to getting the rest of my stuff delivered because it was also a great experience.”

“Had an alignment issue with my Lincoln, called eagle street they got me in the same day & quoted me a fair price. Upon arrival A mechanic took my car directly in, no wait. (Awesome) while I waited I was greeted by an older gentleman and his dog Gunther (also awesome) he sat with me talked with me and showed me photos of him when he was in the war and operated a large gun. About an hour later my car was ready and is now driving like never before, reading the past review should any issues arise, I will update my review, however when asked the owner advised should anything come up do not hesitate to give a call and they will address it ASAP. Overall, good experience, honest mechanics, no “add ons” attempted. I would absolutely recommend.”

I had a small problem when a piece broke but spike was able to fix the problem. It took a little more time to repair but he wanted to make sure everything was perfect and I respect that. “We bought a historic one of a kind schoolhouse with good bones but no finish. The previous owner left an ambitious project half done-coffered ceilings in two classrooms. Calvin, Kevin, and crew were willing to use the materials we had on site and source the rest, which saved us some money. They didn’t just match the ceiling we already had, they vastly improved the design and durability. They also repaired badly done plaster and drywall, repaired busted up wainscoting, put in insulation when possible, and came up with an elegant solution for damage from an old radiator installation gone wrong. His painter, Broc, works hard, is flexible, and listens to suggestions. Because of the unique lighting situation I could only see spots that were missed in the late afternoon sun, but Broc and Calvin didn’t hesitate to come back and take care of it until I was satisfied. All his employees are gracious, highly skilled, and have a commendable work ethic. Sometimes it’s awkward to have strangers in your space day after day, but it was a pleasure to have them in our home. Now the room is absolutely breathtaking. Anyone who enters or sees the photos cannot stop talking about how amazing it is. They tell me I did a great job and I always correct them. It’s our contractor. We hired Calvin again to work on the (enormous) exterior this summer. Calvin Thomas has a good feel for historical buildings, the eye of an artist and the knowledge of a master craftsman. His goal is to be the best contractor you’ll ever hire. So when you receive your estimate from Thomas Construction, remember you get what you pay for. We paid for the best, I can’t imagine a better result, and this beautiful room will outlive us all.”
