“Great experience. 3 year old car wouldn’t start even after putting in brand new battery. I was stranded in Wally World parking low. Called for a tow through ford roadside, the driver called me back, gave me his status. He had a car on already but offered to stop by and try to help me jump it. Wouldn’t jump .... nothing. We spoke briefly and decided to take a quick look at the starter. Long story short, we found the problem and got my car running. Just got to the shop to get repaired. What more could you ask for? I mean the guy was knowledgeable, friendly, communicative, and prompt. I avoided a towing charge, and was able to give the shop a good idea of what the problem was. Great work West End!”

“We ordered 5 Cajun bone in wings, 5 hot honey musterd bone in and a philly cheese Steak sandwich. The cajun wings were some of the best ive had in a while and perfectly crisp, the hot honey mustard were extremely saucy with eac of the 3 ingredients put on separately you will need a napkin...the steak sandwich was good and everything was fresh however i recommend eating right away so the bread dosnt get soggy from being in the styrofoam container. It also came with 4 small spears of celery with ranch and blue cheese. The workers were pleasant and the place was clean. I would order from here agian.”

“If I could give more stars, I would. Almost 15 years ago, my mother in law sat down with V. Rossi and made a plan for what she wanted for her funeral. She started funding her celebration of life ceremony about 10 years ago and it was a godsend. Despite anticipating her passing, we could not have handled this process from the beginning without their guidance. They offered cell phone numbers, hugs and expertise, compassion and so much time and patience. We were beyond happy with th the final arrangements. They helped faciliate her return home from out of state with the help of another caring funeral home, they worked around a family travel schedule, helped bring together 3 amazing vocalists for her mass and having known her for decades, brought a personal touch to prayers and even the simplest hello. She was honored from arrival to final rest, we are eternally grateful for their extreme kindness.”
