“There was a pipe burst on the 2nd floor in my home. I panicked and called my insurance company right away and they told me to mitigate the damage ASAP, and call a restoration company. I called a plumber he tore open my bathroom wall to fix the damaged pipe. The next day i called the restoration company which came and did what they needed to do and then the insurance company sent an adjuster to take a look at the damage and started questioning me. I told him i need to speak with a public adjuster because i don't know my policy as well as i should. Public Adjusters NY came highly recommended to me by a friend so i gave them a call. That was about the extent of the work i had to do to get my home fixed, they did everything for me, EVERYTHING!!. Very satisfied!!! They talked to the insurance company and settled the money, they also did a free mold assessment which was a huge plus!! Very happy!!”
