“I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Nina Colon at the Blue Nile store in the Roosevelt Field Mall in Garden City, NY. I had been searching for an engagement ring for my girlfriend to propose in a few weeks. I had researched a lot online and thought I knew exactly what I wanted when I arrived in person. However there were a few things I didn’t consider and I feel incredibly fortunate I had Nina to assist me along the process. Nina was incredibly professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and patient. I must have entered, left, returned to the store 5-6 times over the course of a week until I finally was able to decide and finalize what I wanted.
