No matter how nervous my kids are, or how upset they are just by being in the office, Dr. Sands calms them down and is able to alleviate their fears about what is going to happen. She’s gentle, and sweet. She explains things thoroughly, to both the kids and myself, and let’s us be a part of the planning for what is ahead.
