“I’ve struggled for a while to find a workout routine that I was excited about. I was happy to hear OTF opening up in Oceanside and signed up as a founding member. After just a few classes I was hooked. Head Coach Kate is as competitive and motivating as they come and challenges you every time you step foot in the studio. She leads by example and fires you up to do and be better. The same goes for every coach I’ve taken a class with that has helped teach me about the OTF workouts, the terminology and everything in between. Every time I walk in I’m always greeted with positive energy and a smile. Any interaction I’ve had with the staff has been nothing but positive and supportive which is a direct reflection on the captain of the ship. It’s easy to see that Fallon is a great leader who operates an amazing studio. The morale and energy in her studio is appreciated and an easy motivator. It’s refreshing to walk in every time to a clean studio and be welcomed by an entire team ready, prepared and organized to help you crush your workout. “My 12 year old had a mole on his neck that bothered him. He was embarrassed about it showing but was afraid to have it removed. We made an appt with Dr. Kornreich and I can not say enough amazing things about him and his office. We went to the Oceanside office, the staff quickly greeted us and were so friendly!! About 20 minutes in the waiting room and sally brought us in. She asked some questions and totally made my very nervous son so calm. She was so friendly and answered all of our questions. Dr. Kornreich Came in with a big smile, took a look at the mole and had it removed before we could blink!! No pain!!! As fast as my son sat in the chair it was over!!! The Dr. Was absolutely amazing!! Both him and sally made my son so happy. I will refer this group and Dr. To everyone I know!! Thank you again for making this stressful appt quick and painless!!!”

“I started doing Boot Camp in Long Island (Oceanside) wanting a flatter stomach and to lose weight. What I lost was 9 lbs in the first month!! “My teeth were not in great condition for quite a while. It was obvious when I would speak, or laugh, or smile. And I was aware of it, but blocked it out of my mind as much as I could, so much so that a lot of the time I would forget to try to hide it. I knew I needed to address the issue, but for a myriad of reasons, I kept putting it off. However, the last few weeks were the last straw. My front teeth looked horrible, and one was so loose I feared a stiff breeze would knock it from my jaw. I was reduced to eating ramen noodles every day. And my mental health and attitude were on a constant downward spiral. Finally, I reached out to a childhood friend who happens to be an exemplary dentist. Just the best. He had done work for me before, a few years back. We discussed what I needed, we discussed payment, and we discussed all options. He went above and beyond what you would’ve thought was feasible. He made me comfortable about the process on every level. And then, we decided we would do it. That was Thursday. This picture was taken today, just four days later, with me sporting my new smile. That aura you see emanating from me is my new happiness and attitude. I can’t even begin to tell you how my whole mindset has changed. David Solomon, you are the man !!! I can’t thank you enough.
