She connects so well with the children and knows how to engage them during their visits so they are comfortable and have a positive dental experience. Our 9, 7 and 3 year olds have varying needs and she is able to pivot to address each of them with respect and compassion. During procedures Dr Sands is able to maintain quality of care by using unique ways to calm her patient. This has been so valuable to our family. He really took his time with my son teaching him how to learn and use the controller.
