She OFFERED to show me the quality wokmanship and told me that Vinny stands behind his work. Its now 6 weeks later and we just paid him for the work he completed in a timely manner and have given him another task to do. This one was of the BEST experiences we have ever had with a contractor in our 30 plus years of owning a home. Give him a chance, meet him. “After a day of waiting for a technician for my furnace (and him being extremely late), it was so pleasant to have Jason come the following day on time for my water heater. He was super friendly and helpful and kept me in the loop every step of the way with my repairs. If he said that he'll call or text you in an hour, he kept his word on that. He did everything in his abilities to make sure I was well taken care of. I work overnights and to have him be understanding and work around that crazy schedule was more than appreciated. I will definitely be using them again and have since saved Jason's number in my phone for those emergencies.”
