“Spoke with Mitch after contacting 4 others in the nearby area. He was professional and knowledgeable without being pushy. Chose him over others because of his excellent reviews (all 5 stars) and was not disappointed. Mitch was punctual (+ or - 5 minus) and courteous. He scoped out the work required (without charging a service call fee unlike everyone else I contacted). He returned later the same day as promised with the needed materials. When the door knob replacement didn't fit/work, he left and returned with a replacement within the half hour to complete the work - replaced a door knob/lock combination on our back door and re-keyed all of our outside doors to enable us to only have to carry one key for all the locks. Mitch was careful to explain the process and his choice of product (who knew there were so many to choose from?). We now have new locks/keys and everything is working with ease. Mitch's prices were more than reasonable (and lower than the other estimates). And despite wrestling with an old strike plate, Mitch did not charge extra. I will definitely pass the word to my neighbors and friends. It is wonderful to find such an honest and knowledgeable professional who does such excellent work.”

“State of the art location. Huge neat and clean place with big parking lot. They take care of you the moment you enter. Very professional and experienced staff. Louise was great. He is very understanding, professional, friendly and very quick. He understood my need, pulled out my account information, changed SIM card and added one more line to my existing account. All was done and I was out in less than 15 minutes. He was taking care of another customer also at the same time. He was unbelievably quick, accurate, nice and professional and an asset to T-mobile. I would recommend every one to go there to experience world class customer service.”

“Compared to other Mcdonalds I find this location superior to the others. Restrooms and dining room are always clean and you can refill your soda. The food is always fresh and when I'm sitting in traffic on the Southern State I can count on them for a quick restroom break and even a meal.”
