“Fermento staff really just made my day. They helped me plan a birthday breakfast delivery and included a special touch with a happy birthday greeting on the bag. They were able to deliver the food earlier than expected, which was great for us. They were beyond helpful and patient and helped me ensure I had a variety of options for the family. This meant so much more because I was coordinating the surprise from Philly. I’m looking forward to visiting in person one day soon! Thank you, again!”

“While I think the staff here has improved over the years, they can still improve. The donuts however have improved exponentially. I had a chocolate donut with chocolate frosting. The donut itself was fresh and moist and fudgy, with not a hint of shortening or that greasy mouth feel. The frosting same thing, great flavor and creamy. Second donut was a chocolate coconut. Chocolate donut was same good quality as the first with the addition of nice sweet and fresh coconut shavings. Not sure if there is new management here or a new baker or both but my hat is off to the management and the staff. Nice job!”
