“I see a lot of these reviews and there’s a lot of people complaining about the wait time. The fact is there’s a reason why this place is so busy. I have been coming to The shop for over 10 years. All my tires are bought from here. Every time I walk in there’s always someone complaining about waiting. The fact is the service here is phenomenal. The prices are reasonable. And now it is it’s very hard to find a good mechanic. So when there’s a wait time of five or six hours I never bother complaining because I know my car is safe and I’m not gonna get ripped off. I want to make note a special note of Albert today. I came in for a flat tire and the wait time was five hours because there’s so many cars ahead of me. He took the time to walk outside check my tire pressure’s before even signing me in. He didn’t want me to waste my time and leave my car there if I could just leave the tire. We even tried swapping out the spare but my spare was bad the valve was leaking so I had no choice but to leave my car. He rushed my tire because he knew it was a fast fix. He actually walked me outside to tell me That he’ll quickly fix my tire for me because it’s a fast fix and he didn’t wanna discuss that inside the shop because so many customers just kept complaining about the time. I didn’t even ask him to rush me. The guy just was trying to help me, and he didn’t even have to because there were so many people ahead of me. This is why I come here. Albert thank you for being such a nice guy and thank you for helping getting my tire in today. I see people yelling at you cussing you out and being disrespectful just because they think you can treat people anyway you want. Because they have somewhere so important to be. And regardless of all that I saw how you handled it gracefully and treated everyone with kindness. And this is why am leaving this review today. This is great service. I feel like a lot of these bad reviews need to learn better and if they don’t want to come here don’t it saves time for all the people who love coming here. Once again there’s a reason why this shop is packed full of people every day. Thanks.”
