Loved this place! What makes this place great, is their amazing sale reps. I had the pleasure of working with Shantell. She made me feel right at home. I am an annoying person that always has 21 questions and she made it so easy to talk to and answered all my questions and concerns with an amazing smile on her face. Definitely recommend this place and my favorite sales rep.

Empire just had the overall professionalism, from sales to ride off. William Mecca, the financial manager, was beyond amazing! Any questions I had he answered and with ease. Provided me with every detail, never missing a step and ensured I drove off with exactly what I wanted. Key pointers, he listened, is professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating. On top of it all, I got a personalized tour of my brand new car showing every detail and breaking down what everything is. Car was parked right in front of doors clean and ready. There was no hesitation or drag as some dealerships tend to just want sales and not have any customer service. That was not this case at all. I have recommended and will continue to do so! So i was in the market for a new car and i was recommended by a friend to purchase a vehicle at empire Honda and see William Mecca..
