“Very courteous, friendly and informed staff. I was at the NHP location twice this month. The first time for a flat tire and a broken shock and the second time for an oil change. When I came back for the oil change the mechanic remembered me and asked me how my car was doing with the new shocks. I asked about another problem my car was having and, after giving me some advice, they told me if I couldn't figure it out they would check it out for free. I will definitely be visiting this shop in the future for any other car trouble I have. They were able to do the work quickly and their customer service was amazing.”

“My wife and I came to this P.C. Richard looking for new appliances. We took our time to decide on which ones to buy. Mohammed helped us out during the whole time. Although we did not place an order on the spot because some of the appliances (Washer/Dryer) were not on stock (due to high President's Week demand), Mohammed saved our order in the system because we said we needed to think about it. We did went to other stores to do price check. Two days later we returned to P.C. Richard to do place an order because the deal was better. This time, Matt (Store Manager) made our purchase a lot easier. Although there wasn't an ETA on the washer, he promised to make our experience a lot better due the inconveniences. That accommodation included a faster delivery to the store and, if the delay was longer than promised in the system, a free delivery at home. We placed the order and now we look forward to get the appliances ASAP, as promised.”
