“I’m honestly shocked to read the poor reviews. We had a wonderful experience. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. (Aside from one negative experience with a nurse I will post about at the end.) We didn’t wait at all. The doctor and anesthesiologist were kind and patient and treated us with dignity. The staff were sweet and kind as well. It is a very clean facility. We called to say we had traffic and would be a bit late and it was not an issue. We got called back within 10 minutes of arriving. Beware to leave time for parking, but that isn’t the office’s fault. The whole experience was fabulous from start to finish! Amanda, Charlene, and Wendy are professional and respectful and made the experience relaxing. **One caveat - Margo was a nurse assigned to us and her behavior was terrible. She was verbally aggressive and talked over us. She created a very anxious scene for us before going in for the procedure. She talked about off topic things and was very rude and accusatory. Be cautious if you get her assigned to your case. We’re waiting for a call back to discuss this with a manager. **”

I'm a notoriously hard stick but there is always someone working who knows their way with a needle (even if it does need to go in at a weird angle). Everyone is always helpful and the place is clean. I usually make an appointment the day before but they allow walk-ins.”

“When I say this office is amazing I mean it is amazing! My husband had a minor stroke on a Thursday afternoon, after being discharged from St. Francis we needed to see a Neurologist on Friday. Marie at the front desk did her magic and got us in the same day... remarkable and amazing! We saw Dr Podwall and then he was able to get us into an open MRI for that afternoon!!! This was all right before the Memorial Day holiday weekend. We thankfully received news that it was not that bad and some minor at home therapy would be needed. These are now our go to doctors and would not go anywhere else!! Kind, amazing, and we are grateful. Thank you.”
