  I highly recommend iPhone Repair Long Island!!! After many unsuccessful hours of dealing with Apple Support Technicians, I was told that I needed to restore my phone, which meant that I would lose 2 and 1/2 years worth of photos, videos, and memories. Not wanting to lose hope, I went to see Eric at iPhone Repair LI. After taking a look at my phone, he reassured me that he could get my pictures back. True to his word, he called the next day with great news!! I am still in disbelief that I have all my photos back and can't believe that if I would have listened to Apple Support, they would have been gone forever. I can not thank Eric enough. He even took the time to educate me on backing up my phone so that this never happens again. Thank you Eric!

  The owner is so kind and genuine! This is a well ran small business who knows how to treat their customers right and PROPERLY fixes phones. I highly recommend to come here if you have any phone or computer issues.

  My phone's motherboard died on me taking ALL of my photos of my baby which had apparently not synced with the cloud. They went above and beyond to try to get all of my photos for me even though the phone itself could not be saved.
  
  I'm beyond grateful because I would have lost photos of my son's first few months of life without them. Plus, their customer service was impeccable. I would absolutely go here again.
