“My husband bought his first pair of redwing boots in Texas 7 years ago and still has them! I bought him a new pair this past Christmas. The guys at the store ate always helpful. The boots come with a lot of perks... If anything goes wrong you can bring them back and they will fix it. I know they charge for some things, but so far every time we have brought either pair of his boots to the store, they have done it free of charge. We would definitely recommend to anyone!”

After many unsuccessful hours of dealing with Apple Support Technicians, I was told that I needed to restore my phone, which meant that I would lose 2 and 1/2 years worth of photos, videos, and memories. Not wanting to lose hope, I went to see Eric at iPhone Repair LI. After taking a look at my phone, he reassured me that he could get my pictures back. True to his word, he called the next day with great news!! The woman at the front desk, I believe her name is Quannesha, is the absolute best, and offers excellent customer service.
