“From the maintenance staff to the time my Mom was discharged, the experience was wonderful. Her physical therapy was outstanding! She absolutely adored her PT and OT, KERRI AND EILEEN, who gave their utmost attention and care. The whole PT/OT dept, headed by Scott, was just amazing! Waiting for them in the "Bakery," on site, was delightful. The baked goods were delicious and the workers were very pleasant when serving the residents, patients and guests. The aides, concierge, (esp. Stephanie), the nurses; actually, the whole staff, was excellent and took great care of my Mom. I highly recommend Excel at Woodbury for Rehab and Long term care! My Mom and family would like to thank everyone for their incredible assistance in helping her in her recovery!”

“Looking for a facility that really cares for their residence was very hard. After several nights of reading reviews, visiting facilities, I felt White Oaks was perfect for my mom. It may not have the modern fancy look but it has this "home" feel which was what I was looking for my mother. In addition, it is small and the staff members truly care for their patients. With my mom's illness, I didn't want her to feel lost and add any additional confusion. From the first day she arrived, my mom was treated with such care and attention and that has not changed.”
