From the moment I called, Anna, the receptionist, was professional, kind, and exceptionally helpful. She went above and beyond to fit me in that very day (Thursday) or even offered a weekend appointment—an incredible rarity. Dr. Yilan saw me that same afternoon. After a thorough examination, she determined I needed a root canal and took the time to perform the procedure right then and there, alleviating my suffering immediately. She made sure I understood the cost before beginning, which I greatly appreciated. Dr. Yilan was gentle and calming—qualities that are so important, especially for someone like me who white-knuckles the dentist chair. She ensured I was comfortable and numb before starting, and her attentiveness continued throughout the entire procedure. I will never look further when I need an endodontist or root canal.
