He fixed our textured walls to smooth, painted doors/walls, painted our kitchen cabinets, removed and installed new backsplash, and all of the craftsman trimwork/wainscoating in the house. The work came out amazing! It was just how I envisioned it. I will definitely be hiring Josh for some outside work on the house too. He really made sure to collaborate with me in making sure it was done exactly how we wanted it. My parents have been banking here for a few years, and are on a first-name basis with many of the staff here, namely Meena Batra. Lured in by a good promotion for new money, I recently opened an account here with Meena, and was delighted to receive periodic phone calls from her, most recently wishing me a happy new year and suggesting strategies to help my money better "work" for me. She's very friendly and not the least bit pushy when discussing banking options, a nice change from what I'm used to at other banks. In an age where most people use ATMs, bank online, and have direct deposit set up, it's nice to see a Chase branch that embraces the technology without forgetting about the human element.”
