Great experience here! Sebastian really knows his stuff and walking into the shop is like walking back in time. He fixed my husband’s great grandparents’ Vienna Regulator and it works like new! Plus he helped us figure out how to wind it and was patience with our many post visit emails. :)
Terrific experience working with Sebastian to bring two vintage Gustav Becker clocks back to life. From start to finish, he made the process super easy. He is a man who loves his craft. I would highly recommend Sutton Clocks to anyone needing to have a clock repaired. A+, First Class all around.
I brought in a Swiss chiming mechanical clock for repair. It was purchased by my dad about 50 years ago and even though he's gone the regular chiming served as a signature element in my mom's home as well as a constant reminder of him. The clock suddenly stopped working a few weeks ago to my mother's dismay. I brought it into Sutton not knowing what to expect but thinking it was going to cost a small fortune to repair and clean. It took them a week to check out the clock but to my surprise I received a call today telling me the clock is now working fine, a full cleaning is not required now (maybe in the future), and I can pick it up -at no cost! Which I just did. The clock was just mistreated by my mom's new aid and needed some gentle adjustments. Great news and I intend to recommend Sutton to anyone who needs their services. Happy customer.
I don't think I've ever took the time to review a company... In this case, despite the best of intentions, everything possible went wrong. It's how you handle it when it happens to you. Sutton Clocks is amazing and took the greatest of care with our one of a kind family heirloom clock. These guys know how to make things right and go the distance for you. It was a job very well done!
Thank you, thank you, thank you!
