“RTK did mold testing for us after we had a leak in our bedroom. The inspector came out quickly, was prompt, thorough, and told us what he was doing and what the next steps would be. I mentioned that our 7-month-old had a nebulizer and was getting over pneumonia, and wanted to be sure it was safe for her to sleep in the room next door. They put a rush on the lab tests, and the owner called us personally as soon as the results were back to let us know that we did in fact have four types of mold. The remediation company followed RTK's instructions on what needed to be corrected. After they did that, a different inspector came back to perform clearance testing to make sure the mold was properly removed. Again, he was very informative, asked if we had questions, walked us through the process, and we got our results back quickly - mold was gone! The office staff was also helpful in dealing with the insurance company and adjuster. I would highly recommend RTK to anyone who needs environmental testing. They are very professional and really top notch!”
