This year, I had family owned business, @ny.steamers steam clean my mattress, sofa, area rug and desk chair, especially after utilizing these spaces more than usual, being at home way too often during the pandemic over the two years. They did such an incredible job deep cleaning everything (I also have a huge fear of bed bugs and this def helps to prevent them!), they had perfect communication and were fast and efficient. You can swipe through roommates and search for apartments in the app, but since I had limited time, I opted for the extra service. I am very picky when it comes to roommates because I've had some pretty bad experiences in the past, but I am really happy with the roommate my personal concierge helped me find. She also found an apartment that my new roommate and I absolutely love! Definitely give this app a try if you're looking for a roommate and an apartments in NYC. If you feel like you don't have time to search on your own, I would highly recommend upgrading to the personal concierge service - they offer a full refund if they are not able to find you a suitable roommate and apartment, so there is no risk!”
