“One of the oldest, if not the oldest, running bar in NYC (don’t quote me on that but that’s what I was told). They just went under new management and redid the menu. This place is a must try. Great cocktail menu with plenty of options on the regular menu. We had some Atlantic oysters that were super fresh and the grilled bacon to start. Our server recommended the smash burger and the Chicken Paillard. Burger was one of the best I’ve had in the city. The Paillard was incredible. Super light, crispy, and the lemon kick was just what it needed. 10/10 dish. Of course we had to get the mac & cheese as well and it was great. Big fan of this place and will be back soon.”

“I love The Rose Room. I’ve been to the show more than once and it’s a fun experience to enjoy with friends for a night out during the weekend! Both times my friends and I went to the late show and we brought dollar bills for the go-go dancers—which was very exciting! The Rose Room is a small, intimate space with sofas to lounge in while you watch the show, and right outside the area is a bar where you can get yourself delicious cocktails to sip on! The cabaret acts feature spectacular singers, daring dancers, and a marvelous magician who likes to pick out volunteers from the audience to help during his act. My favorite magic act was when he picked out the card I that I had written my name on—it was mixed into the deck which was then placed into a paper bag, the magician was blindfolded, and he pulled my card out with a knife! My description doesn’t capture how exciting this experience was—and I still have my card souvenir! Visit The Rose Room for something different and exciting, something you can enjoy with friends or as a date night experience.”

It's sort of the kayak for comedy clubs, it has mostly all the clubs on it and you can compare which is best for you with really good discounts. “Re-opened and under new ownership, Arthur’s Tavern is better than ever! Ya might want to complain that the dive bar formerly known as Arthur’s Tavern is gone (you miss the dusty decorations, hitting your head when you sat down along the wall, going into the creepy leaky bathroom…)… but once you go, you’ll be incredibly surprised that the spruced up jazz room now known as Arthur’s Tavern is alive, comfortable, clean and friendly(!!) and probably closer to the 1937 version of the original Arthur’s Tavern!! The regular Sunday night band (every Sunday since the 1980’s) The Creole Cookin’ Jazz band is back (7p-10p)! The Monday night band, The Grove Street Stompers (playing every Monday since the ‘60-‘70’s!) are also back, 7p-10p! I spent a lot of time in the pre-pandemic Arthur’s (my trombone-playing dad-in-law has played in the Sunday night band since the 80’s!) and being there last night (Sunday 5/1/22) for the first time since the re-opening (April 29, 2022) I can tell you, there’s nothing I miss of the old Arthur’s. The new owners did a magnificent job of renovation/restoration. If you do miss the old Arthur’s, check out the photos, on the new walls, of the old dive. Dixieland Trad Jazz is here!”

“We came here for brunch on a Saturday with a huge group of 10 people and it was a pretty great experience. As for bottomless brunch, the waitress and staff were amazing. They were super fast at bringing out a new round of drinks. I honestly was a little worried at first if we would be able to get more than a few drinks but some of our friends were able to get 8 drinks by the end of our time limit. Speaking of time limit, I do appreciate that they write your start and end time on a card that is placed on your table. It makes it much easier to know exactly how much time you have left. The food was okay, I wish the English muffin for my eggs Benedict wasn't so soggy. But the taste was good. Overall I'd recommend this place for bottomless brunch, there's a good variety of drinks to choose from and service is very attentive.”

There is the symbol, which made me feel like I am going inside a secret cult place that was fun! The cocktails are really innovative and good.
