“Such a lovely little library. The staff are always so friendly and inviting. Extremely knowledgeable and always more than happy to assist. If there is ever a book that I want and they dont have, they're quick to find it and have it sent to the library. My kids LOVE going to Storytime with Miss Sonora, she's so sweet and patient and amazing with the children! She sings, does simple sign language, brings out different instruments and of course reads books! If you live in or are new to the area do NOT hesitate to utilize this little gem of a library.”

“I have to say Graestone Manor is a magical place-I took my family to Graestone for an overnight stay and everyone said they want to come back !!!-If your into the Paranormal you wont be disappointed!! Heather is a remarkable Medium and was spot on in her readings to us, and the home whispers to you of its time period-If your not into the paranormal then you will enjoy the Beautiful rooms that are restored impeccably to its time period and decorations abound .. The Manor is nestled in a country setting where you can enjoy the outdoors and is close to Many fine dining Restaurants and quaint small towns that are a short drive from the Manor- ( or you can keep it simple and have a pizza delivered like we did !!). There is a pool table in the downstairs where you can relax and play a few games while listening to music . - Breakfast was fun with an array of different foods from savory to sweet, and of course coffee and teas. Thank you, Heather for being a great host-We hope to come back soon!!”

“I recently purchased a golf cart through this place and could not be happier with the excellent service I received. Golf Carts, especially gas ones, are hard to come by right now (they said ot could be 4 tp 6 weeks). They advised me back when I first inquired they would call me as soon as they knew when their next shipment was coming, and they followed through (only two weeks later!). From there, I worked with Lindsay on financing, and it was such a smooth experience. She was quick to respond and followed up timely. In less than a month, I had my golf cart! “What can I say about Chop's Shop. Plenty. The staff is very nice every time. However, I have to say that if Chop's Shop ever opened up another shop in the Southtowns (Hamburg, Orchard Park, etc.) Every Pizza place would be in big trouble. (If some disappeared it'd be a blessing) I am a frequent pizza guy and Picasso's is my go to in my area and if there was a Chop's Shop in this area, they would become my go to place. The Pizza is phenominal. Best around. The sweet pizza sauce is the best. I travel from Hamburg just to get the Pizza and the Fried Dough. 2 of the best things to get here. Not one bad thing can be said about Chop's Shop. Everything is perfect every time.”

Recently she helped plan a trip for my friends and I, unfortunately one of the participants could not make it d/t a medical emergency. Ashley not only found an alternate resort for the remaining two travelers that cost less ( instead of having to make up the difference for the person who could not go) but she assisted with navigating the friend who could not make it though the insurance/ refund process.
