Made my Amazon return here and it was quick fast and done. The customer service employee was super friendly with a wonderful smile. Kohl's was having a huge sale so I couldn't help but participate.
I haven’t necessarily shopped for anything in particular at Kohl’s, however, I will say the Amazon return center that they have there has excellent customer service and are always quick to get you in and out. They make the process extremely simple and assure that you have full confirmation of the return before leaving the store. Though it’s clear to see what the job can bestressful, they treat their customers with the utmost respect.
I wanted to share my experience with picking up a online order. I have kinda been in hermit mode for awhile now and haven’t gone into a whole lot of stores so I don’t know some of the changes people have made. Now I will say that having a self pickup for online orders is in my eyes a good idea. Your order is pulled for you and placed in your bin for pickup. No waiting, no hassle, sharing the work to accommodate both. I have worked retail for over 20 years and when you are ordering online you want the convenience of no hassle, no lines or the fact you could be standing and waiting on someone to come help you or that person could have stepped away to get another order or you might be in a hurry. So to me this is a good idea to help both parties out. Also I did not get the ladies name that helped with this but I do appreciate her for helping me. I was picking up for my daughter and didn’t have the actually email to be able to scan it out plus didn’t realize this was how they were doing this process. So again I give Thanks to her for her service and this is such a great idea when Christmas comes and people are doing a lot of ordering cause I will tell you there is a lot of steps to online ordering and pick up plus this is set up near customer service where someone usually is always there to watch. That way in retail as some people know there is alot of work involved in one’s job and there is always things that need to be done.
