Steet Ponte Ford

I bought a car a few times before but this was by far the best experience ever. We walked in and our salesman (Rich Josephs) welcomed us with the brightest smile, My sister and I just wanted to look at cars at first, but he took his time to make sure we knew what we were buying. He gave us all the cool deets about the cars He walked with us through the whole lot telling us about each car we asked about. He was very patient, honest and didn’t pressure us into buying a car like most car dealerships do. The process was super fast. I kid you not this was the absolute best car buying experience for me. Thank you so Much Rich and I’ll make sure I tell all my friends and family about you.

I bought a new 2022 Bronco Sport. Love my Bronco! I received points for buying new. I recently used them to purchase rain visors for my SUV. I called my dealership and I was greeted by Tony in parts who was so helpful! He immediately ordered the visors and assured me they would be in the next day. Tony promptly called me the following morning to let me know they were in and then got me right over to Tony in service. He was very understanding when I told him I got out of work at 4 and I couldn’t make it earlier. I work at the Cancer Center where staffing shortages have a taken a toll on us. He told me to come right in after work! When I got there it was pouring! He informed me they couldn’t do the visors due to the rain. I wasn’t upset at all and he scheduled me the very next day at the same time. So i arrived at 4::20 due to an accident that detoured me the long way to the dealership. It was Friday afternoon and he took my Bronco right in and was very understanding about me being late. He could have turned me away and rescheduled for the following week but instead he smiled and said no problem! Within 20 minutes I drove away a very happily and satisfied customer!

I recently purchased a full size Bronco from Dan at Steet-Ponte. I had the most amazing experience working with them. I live in the Albany Capital region near lots of dealerships, but I chose to purchase from Steet-Ponte, a 2 hours drive away, because I wanted to purchase my vehicle from the best!
