“On July 21, 2018, I was in a panic. I had a special event to attend and my tire had a hole in it. I thought it just needed air. My husband filled the tire with air Friday night because Saturday was going to be a very busy day and we didn't want to worry about it (and he was going to be at work in NYC). Next morning, as I get into the car, I quickly see the tire pressure light on the dashboard....I had little time and needed to run a few errands before getting dressed for my niece's sweet 16 scheduled to start at noon that day. So, I quickly began looking for a place that could fix the problem. Every garage I went to told me I would have to wait 2-3 hrs... Walmart told me 3 hours. When finally I arrive at Lake Region. Sven (I hope got the name correct) listened to my dilemma and explained that the mechanic would have to check the tire to assess the situation and then fix it which would typically take at minimum 45 minutes. Well, not only did Sven ask the mechanic to work on my tire right away, they got me out in time to go home, get dressed and drive to the venue in NJ. I was at the catering hall by 12:15! I couldn't be more grateful for the compassion and solid work these guys did to get me back on the road. Thank you Lake Region!!!! My niece couldn't be happier to see me at her Sweet 16 and to date, I have not had any problems with my tire.”

“Since I’m near this area about 10x a day at all random hours for work, I’ve actually been pulled over about 5 times. Honestly, it’s been my fault every time driving when tired and swerving a little. Even had the “privilege” of the full DWI test. (I passed). It’s always a negative situation being pulled over but the the police have always treated me with respect and are very fair.
