Best tea spot in the area hands down. Great tea great atmosphere and the owner is the sweetest lady ever! If someone rated this place bad they just don't know what they're talking about 100% would recommend this place anytime of the year

I pulled into here at 8:50… she still made the time to make me 2 bobas and a 6 pack of macarons..

Very friendly staff who let us buy our drinks and eat our lunch in the air conditioning, which was very kind. It was so hot today.

It was my first time trying Boba and he loved it and went up for seconds.

I got just a lemon tea which, for six dollars was a little expensive, but the place is adorable and it’s about an average price for Boba.

There are several places to sit, including a very comfy couch, and Parking is limited, but there are two handicap spots right out front.

Everyone was very friendly, it is air-conditioned, and we would totally come back!

Update: added some photos! Got the bbq pork banhmi this time and the flavors were incredible! Bread was a bit too crispy this time, but otherwise amazing sandwich!

Really nice hidden gem! Came here on a whim while my wife was getting her nails done and I'm so glad I did!

I got the taro boba tea and a combination banhmi. The sandwich definitely hit my top banhmi of any place in the area! Super tasty, the pickled carrots and radish were incredibly delicious, the bread was nice and crispy on the outside, but soft on the inside, and a solid size as well.

Pricing was reasonable, I got a large boba and the banhmi for $16 (less tip). Atmosphere was really nice, very modern and chic.

Overall excellent spot! Definitely coming back here when I can to try out some of the other banhmi, and hopefully I'll take some photos of the food before I scarf it down 😅
