“Very friendly staff who let us buy our drinks and eat our lunch in the air conditioning, which was very kind. It was so hot today. It was my first time trying Boba and he loved it and went up for seconds. I got just a lemon tea which, for six dollars was a little expensive, but the place is adorable and it’s about an average price for Boba. There are several places to sit, including a very comfy couch, and Parking is limited, but there are two handicap spots right out front. Everyone was very friendly, it is air-conditioned, and we would totally come back!”

“My husband and I lived at squire village for almost two years before moving out to a bigger space! We absolutely loved living there. Spacious apartment, attentive maintenance and the landlord (Valentino) is absolutely kind and responsive!! We lucked out with great neighbors and it was such a quiet area! No issues with bugs, or unwanted critters/creatures. The pool is great in the summer and they built extra parking! Highly recommend :)”

“If you are brand new to airsoft, or an airsoft veteran, you will love this place. For starters, the people here are passionate and knowledgeable about airsoft. They will never just try to sell you something so they can make a buck, they are truly there to help you with any airsoft related questions you have. The people who work here are also the nicest people you will ever meet, I thought I was being annoying by asking so many question, but they were more than happy to assist me and even nerded out a little bit talking about airsoft because they are genuinely excited to help people get the most out of the sport. If you need any work done to your gear, they are extremely skilled on working on AEGs and also GBBs, and you better believe that they will do a flawless job on fixing or upgrading you gun. This place is an all around joy to visit, and I regularly go here even though I live in Queens and there are closer fields to me. Zulu24 and the Zulu 24 store are elite when it comes to airsoft, and the gear/ airsoft guns they sell are very high quality. Highly recommend this place to anyone interested in airsoft.”

“Stopped here at random after the mobile mechanic I called was a no show. Asked Hector if he could do an emergency repair. My car mis-fired and I needed a new coil. Hector confirmed my #1 coil was bad called for the part and I was out in 45 minutes. Excellent price for a last minute emergency repair. Good job and it's great he was open on Saturday. Good luck finding a shop near Washingtonville open on Saturday.”
