“why does this hospital have such a low rating? wow, my experience was awesome. I was passing a kidney stone, unbeknownst to me, and they took amazing care of me. I was seen quickly on a quiet Wed evening, the nurse Janet was so caring, funny and helpful, and Dr Singh was kind and very good. The CT scan guy was nice and friendly and professional too. And I'll tell ya - that IV they gave me pushed that kidney stone through the worst part and now I feel so much better! They put my Rx through that evening for me to pickup the next day, which went fine, and gave me some pills to tide me over for that evening. All in all, a great place, and such a humanizing experience compared to NYC hospitals. The difference is staggering.”
