I’ve had several auto issues recently and they’ve been very accommodating. The work my car has required has been completed in a timely manor without them trying to sell extras like the other shops I’ve dealt with in the past. I’ve been able to drop in for same day diagnosis, which is much appreciated when you’re stressing over an issue. Rick always takes the time to listen to all of my concerns, thoroughly discuss the issue and educate me on the subject at hand. I’ve never trusted a shop more than I do this one. I previously only brought my car to the Audi dealership but they would charge an arm and a leg. CIMs gets the work done right for a fraction of the price.
