We got a stunning door and Davide helped us pick out all the hardware we'd need for it. He's super helpful and knows exactly where everything is. Davide told us exactly what we needed to do to buff out scratches in the door and how to clean and care for the hardware. They charged us $100 for delivery and we live an hour away, so we thought it was a very reasonable price, especially since it arrived the very next week. Can't recommend this place enough!”

“I have been having a lot of trouble with my salt water pool lately with cloudy or green water and not registering any free chlorine. I’ve been to other pool stores and nothing they have told me to do works. I got a recommendation to go to Chaffee’s and they were amazing. One thing they told me that others didn’t was that my phosphate levels were way too high. I went home and put the phosphate down in and my pool cleared right up. I still wasn’t registering any chlorine even after shocking it. Andrew and Brianna had asked me what my salt generator was set to. Being a new pool owner, I wasn’t even thinking about this. I immediately went to check it and realized it wasn’t working. There was no power to it and turns out it was a faulty unit. I had it replaced and now everything is perfect. Without them, who knows how long it would have been until I realized that. This is something that no other store had asked me. I can’t recommend them enough!”

“I am very grateful to Above All Automotive!!! Yesterday, my car lost power when I was driving on Route 17, just west of Middletown. I barely made it onto the shoulder before the car went dead. I called 911 and had the tremendously good fortune to have Johnny from Above All Automotive come with a flatbed to take care of my car. A woman, driving alone and broken down by the side of the highway, is a recipe for many automotive repair shops to take advantage and "talk down" to, stonewall on repairs, insist on unnecessary work, and price gouge. None of this happened with Above All Automotive. Johnny drove me to Enterprise Rent-A-Car and went in with me to make sure that a rental car was available. He and Jeremiah, the owner, had my car ready the next day (it was an alternator gone bad). Johnny picked me up at Enterprise so that I would not have to take an Uber to the shop. The repair was straightforward, the price was fair, and I was happily on my way. Above All Automotive has a credo of going above and beyond to help those caught in a tough situation.
