“We brought our two beautiful pigs to Kroll Farms for processing and we are so glad we did!! It could not have gone any smoother! Even during my very first phone call with Anthony, I could tell he was a pro! He was so down to earth, respectful, and he took the time to answer all of our many questions. The day we dropped off the pigs, he brought us on a full tour of his facility, which was extremely clean, and he explained everything regarding the hanging and butchering process of our two pigs in full detail. On the day we picked up the meat, we were absolutely amazed. Each package was beautifully vacuum sealed and labelled. He even boxed up each pig separately and labelled the boxes pig 1 and pig 2.
