My computer screen was damaged-Went to ISD to see about having it repaired. When they could have fixed it and charged a high $$ amount, instead the contacted the manufacturer verified it would affect the warranty and determined the manufacturer could repair for a lot less and even set up a repair case with the manufacturer along with the contact information. Outstanding customer service. Thank You ☺️

Doing alot of remote working and was tired of using office laptop. Tried shopping online, but ultimately I wasn't sure what I needed to work effectively.
