“I wasn't new to crossfit when I first came to Elite Progression Fitness, but this place is easily the best gym I've been to. It's truly a place for everyone. If you're a newbie, they will motivate you to safely do your best. If you're already "in-shape", they will push you and make you fall in love with fitness all over again! The atmosphere is immediately welcoming and friendly, and the coaches are invaluable. If you have any hinderances, injuries or even muscle weakness/tightness, they will advise and guide you. “Came to this practice after the dentists office I was previously working with closed. I’m so happy I found this doctor. The office is pleasant, clean, and there’s alot of parking. The doctor was upbeat and pleasant, he explained everything he saw in my xrays, he listened to all my concerns and gave me the best cleaning of my life. No joke, I sat in my car and texted 3 people to tell them how amazing this cleaning was. My teeth have never looked better. All in all, it was a great experience”

“Sometime ago I was searching for an activity to add to my exisiting gym routines. Thinking that boxing would be a good addition, I went to Sanctuary. I met with Aries, one of the coaches, and we discussed my issues (typical ailments afflicting a 70-year-old body with lots of mileage on it). He developed the perfect plan designed to alleviate my physical problems and made recommendations as to how to improve my gym routines. Things are now steadily improving. Kudos to Aries, who possesses an encyclopedic knowledge of training techniques, physiology and sports medicine.”

“I'm lucky to have found Dr Koutelos and chosen him as my PCP after my previous doctor (who was also great) left his practice to join the VA. Dr Koutelos in addition to being great in other ways has basically saved my life by heeding something in my heart rhythm during my routine physical exam. This unusual rhythm was known for a few years and may or may not have worsened, but Dr Koutelos was concerned enough to refer me for an echocardiogram that revealed serious valve and aortic aneurysm problems. He then researched and referred me to an excellent cardiac team at Columbia NYP in New York City, and was closely involved as my PCP and advisor during my subsequent evaluations by them. This resulted in my open heart surgery which went off very well. Dr Koutelos has also been very attentive to my other health issues and has an excellent team in his office. As a bonus, he is also very affable, approachable and a wonderful human being.”

“About five years ago, I was in a car accident. I went to several eye doctors because there was issues happening with my eyes from the accident. I did not get any results, and of course our eyes are very important. Then someone recommended me to see Dr Byne in Mahopac. He quickly identified my problem. My eyes were no longer teaming together as they normally would because of the blow to my head from the accident. He referred me to Beth his eye therapist in the same office. I began Eye Theropy twice a week with Beth. It was like God had sent me an angel. The method that they used in this office was outstanding to recover my eyes to their normal teaming together. I drove 45 minutes twice a week to my visits to Eye Theropy and Beth. She was amazing and I was so thankful for the expertise and the patience and care that she showed me. More recently I had my eyes re-examined. I am always amazed at the time that Dr Byne takes to make sure I have the proper prescription. I need to go through some tests for other issues. I am experiencing with my eyes and my lids. A new doctor brought me through those tests. Doctor Nyo was extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and patient through an hour and a half to two hour exam.. Once again, I’m amazed at the time this group takes with you to make sure you are getting the right care. Shawn, Made sure my progressive lenses were set in the frames properly so I would not have to come back 10 times like I have at other places.. He did a wonderful job, and I am happy with my new lenses. I would recommend this eyecare clinic to anyone. They are definitely above and beyond normal. I do hope over the years that they continue with their eye therapy the way I experienced it. It was truly amazing and restored my eyesight. I have recommended their eye therapy to many people. It’s nothing I have ever seen in my entire life, and I hope that they remain faithful and giving the patients the time they need to recover.”
