“Chris, the owner, showed up on the day I called about a broken water heater. After checking the unit it was determined that it had to be replaced. As it was under warranty, Chris took over, calling the manufacturer and helping me chose the best option which was to replace it with another and take buyout from manufacturer. Chris then showed up the very next morning, installed the new unit, and cleaned up the area making it better than before he started. Chris was fantastic to work with!!! Courteous, professional, and extremely helpful. I will using Chris again for all my plumbing work!!!!!”
