“The best pupusas spot around the area by far. Since you here I recommend you have a side of Atole De Elote: is a warm, thick and sweet beverage made with corn kernels, cinnamon, and milk. This corn atole is perfect to serve as breakfast or snack and is also the ultimate complement for tamales or pupusas. The only negative thing about this Pupusa Joint is that there isn’t a customer restroom. That’s a big minus for the experience.”

“I live in Florida, and made my boyfriend pickup a dozen bagels before he came down. These are by far the best bagel I’ve had in my life. I freeze them and they remain just as soft and delicious. I highly recommend getting the everything bagels ones for the kiddos, the blueberry and French toast are by far the most mouth watering. Can’t wait i to go back to Mahopac so I can dine in with the family 🤍”

“I had the unfortunate bad luck of having my sliding door to my deck shatter at 11 o'clock in the evening. Both panes of glass were broken through entirely. It was raining and sleeting that evening and I had to cover the door with a large piece of sheet rock that I happen to have had. My home was open to the elements and Mahopac Glass went out of their way to solve my problem. Drew came by with one of his workmen and replace the glass in the next morning. He definitely went out of his way to solve my problem. He and his coworker were extremely friendly open hearted and did an amazingly beautiful job of cleaning the area as well as installing the glass. He also adjusted the door to make it slide better because it was not properly installed in the first place. All of this was done in a very friendly upbeat and rapid fashion but with a great deal of pride . He would not leave the job without making sure the door worked perfectly and now I have a beautiful view of the coming spring as well as a secure home. I am way past satisfied with the results and extremely grateful to work with a business that operates with the ethics that have long been lost in many other businesses”

“I wasn't new to crossfit when I first came to Elite Progression Fitness, but this place is easily the best gym I've been to. It's truly a place for everyone. If you're a newbie, they will motivate you to safely do your best. If you're already "in-shape", they will push you and make you fall in love with fitness all over again! The atmosphere is immediately welcoming and friendly, and the coaches are invaluable. If you have any hinderances, injuries or even muscle weakness/tightness, they will advise and guide you. “Came to this practice after the dentists office I was previously working with closed. I’m so happy I found this doctor. The office is pleasant, clean, and there’s alot of parking. The doctor was upbeat and pleasant, he explained everything he saw in my xrays, he listened to all my concerns and gave me the best cleaning of my life. No joke, I sat in my car and texted 3 people to tell them how amazing this cleaning was. My teeth have never looked better. All in all, it was a great experience”

“We have worked with Marty and Dominion Risk Management now for 6 years, over 3 houses and 2 states. Marty gives a GREAT, thorough home inspection for older homes - he truly understands old houses. The houses he has inspected for us were built in 1886 and 1912, or thereabouts. They have character and patina, and he is able to tell us what is just that (character) and what is a real problem and should be addressed. In our experience, his inspections have been accurate and realistic and extremely helpful. I couldn't recommend him more highly.”

I met with Aries, one of the coaches, and we discussed my issues (typical ailments afflicting a 70-year-old body with lots of mileage on it). He developed the perfect plan designed to alleviate my physical problems and made recommendations as to how to improve my gym routines. Things are now steadily improving. “I'm lucky to have found Dr Koutelos and chosen him as my PCP after my previous doctor (who was also great) left his practice to join the VA. Dr Koutelos in addition to being great in other ways has basically saved my life by heeding something in my heart rhythm during my routine physical exam. This unusual rhythm was known for a few years and may or may not have worsened, but Dr Koutelos was concerned enough to refer me for an echocardiogram that revealed serious valve and aortic aneurysm problems. He then researched and referred me to an excellent cardiac team at Columbia NYP in New York City, and was closely involved as my PCP and advisor during my subsequent evaluations by them. This resulted in my open heart surgery which went off very well. Dr Koutelos has also been very attentive to my other health issues and has an excellent team in his office. As a bonus, he is also very affable, approachable and a wonderful human being.”
